On the Farm

Our neighbor’s brother lives on a farm and they invited us to go see the animals. I think I was just as excited as Kaili was which is weird because I grew up in the country.

I thought the baby pigs were going to be smaller but they were still cute.

Each of the older kids, Logen, Jaysen, and Kaili got to take home an egg from the chickens.


Kaili said that her favorite part was feeding Pumpkin, their very pregnant cow. She kept pulling up more grass and then running over to feed it to her. Kaili’s face was priceless when Pumpkin reached out a little too far and licked Kaili’s hand.

We will definitely be going back in a couple weeks to see the new calf.
